Deepwater blue mussels

(Mytilus galloprovincialis)

Our blue mussels are grown in the cleanest deep water off the pristine coast of Tasmania. The outcome of growing in deeper water is they grow bigger and are cleaner with superb flavour. The mussels are cleaned and their beads clipped so all the work is done. With a quick rinse and into the pot they are ready to eat.

Available in vacuum sealed state of the art packaging in 750kg and 1kg packs.
