ALC has a strong heritage in meat with its founding Directors Glenn W. Blackney and Leo J. Doyle both having a long and successful working history in the meat industry.

Leo has worked for the NZ meat board and has exported meat for over 15 years.

From a large network of contacts from this experience ALC is able to supply a variety of cuts across a variety of meats including: lamb, mutton and beef.

Services by Air - Chilled Meat programs

ALC specializes in mixed airfreight of chilled Australian lamb to the Middle East, South-East Asia and other destinations.

Specialty retailers (i.e. butcher shops), foodservice companies and importers take advantage of ALC chilled meat programs.

Sea freight

ALC has a highly efficient sea freight service for meat. Large volume, commodity trading of low end cuts is a specialty with our sea freight service.
